Surplus.net is experiencing technical difficulties.

We have been receiving emails and phone calls with lots of questions.
Here are the most frequently asked questions and answers.

Q: What Happened?
A:Someone redirected (Hi-jacked) the surplus.net URLs.

Q: Who did this?
A: We are looking into this question. At this time we do not have an answer.

Q:When did this Happen?
A:Earlier this week without prior notification or warning.

Q:What are you doing about this?
A:We are working to solve the problem. Our current focus and efforts are directed at getting another site up.
The new site will have the same look and feel of the old site. We have been able to move the old data-base to
the new site so you will not have to re-add your hot listings. As soon as the new site is available
I will send an email with a link to it.

Q: Will I have to re-list my current Hot Listings?
A: No. They will be transferred to your new hot-listing page. It will function the same.

Q: Will the Liquidation Mailing list be continued?
A: Yes, as soon as the mail server is up, we will resume sending out the liquidation mailing list.

Q: When will the new site be up?
A: Our goal is to have it up and working by next week.

Q: Will you let me know when it is up?
A: Yes we will send an email with the new site link and log-in information.

Q: Will I be charged while the new site is under construction?
A: No. We are suspending the collection of the IMASD Dues until the new site is up and functional.

Q: Will I be billed in October?
A: No. You will not be billed in October.

Q: How will I know when billing will resume?
A: I will send an email to everyone once we are ready to resume billing.
